About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist for its outpatient physical therapy center in Rogers, Minnesota. The role focuses on improving access to and the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, while providing an exceptional patient experience and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. The therapist will join a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health clinicians and contribute to high-quality care and the development of best practices.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
