About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. Before launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. You will work alongside experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide.
Commitment to providing exceptional care for every patient.
Openness to training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach.

Nice To Haves

Experience in clinic leadership or management.
Experience in business development or entrepreneurship.
