About The Position

The Physical Therapist provides 100% outpatient care to established and new patients at a multidisciplinary pain management and orthopedic practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role focuses on exemplary patient care, evaluating patients, treating musculoskeletal conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, guiding therapeutic exercises, and coordinating with other providers in a team-based treatment approach. The therapist conducts regular reevaluations, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and completes thorough, accurate documentation in a timely manner. The position involves building and maintaining relationships with patients throughout their care and working both independently and collaboratively. Experience in orthopedics is preferred, but recent graduates will be considered. Pelvic floor physical therapy training or experience is a plus, and training may be available.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program; a DPT is preferred.
National PT Board Certification.
Physical therapist license in Colorado.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient orthopedic care; recent graduates will also be considered.
Pelvic floor physical therapy experience or certification, or interest in training.
