About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launching, extensive training will be provided in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.
