About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a physical therapist to lead its outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Apex, North Carolina. The Clinic Manager oversees the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and provides preventative and rehabilitative services to maximize patient functionality and promote well-being. The position includes responsibility for the center, developing community and physician relationships, and growing the team and patient portfolio. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $87,000–$97,000 per year, depending on experience, with a $20,000 bonus and a student loan repayment program.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state physical therapist license required to start.
At least one year of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
