About The Position

The Physical Therapist-Clinic Manager evaluates, plans, and administers treatment programs to help patients recover, using evidence-based techniques. The role provides care to patients across specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. It combines clinical care with clinic leadership, budgeting, referral generation, and community relationship building.

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA- or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers patients to exceed their functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Meet and exceed the clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Build positive connections with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Support clinic growth and encourage quality care among clinic team members.
