About The Position

The Clinic Manager leads the clinic’s day-to-day operations, including patient treatment. Responsibilities may include onboarding new employees, training current employees, reviewing treatment plans, and contributing to the community served. The role is part of a team focused on patient care, teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth. The position reports to the Regional Director.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program.
Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist.
Current CPR certification.
Energetic, service-minded team player who provides exceptional patient care and service.
Maintain state licenses and complete compliance standards as requested.

Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including the treatment of patients.
