About The Position

PT Solutions is seeking a Clinic Manager to provide evidence-based physical therapy and lead clinic performance. The role involves evaluating patients, planning and administering treatment programs, and helping people recover. The manager may work with patients in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.

The position also focuses on clinic growth and quality: meeting budget goals through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing; building community relationships; and supporting positive connections among patients, clinicians, and team members. The role offers leadership development and opportunities for advancement through clinical leadership.

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA- or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
