About The Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager to join the Sioux City, Iowa team. This full-time role is an opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist to move into a leadership position. The Clinic Manager provides personalized physical therapy care, supports and leads the clinic team, helps oversee daily operations, and contributes to the success of the location. Clinic Manager experience is not required; training and ongoing coaching are provided to support the transition into the role.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist with at least 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
Iowa Physical Therapy license preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take on increasing responsibility.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Previous Clinic Manager experience.
Formal leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, personalized physical therapy care to a diverse patient population.
