About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as a Clinic Director & Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before launching, participants will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will provide mentorship.
Requirements
- License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic
- Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects
- Skills in leadership and team development
- Proficiency in recruiting and interviewing
- Capability in community outreach and referral growth
