About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner in Williamsburg, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. Before launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach. You will also work with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Skills in leadership and team development.
Experience in recruiting and interviewing.
Proficiency in community outreach and referral growth.
Ability to build culture and retain teammates.

Nice To Haves

Experience opening or managing a clinic.
Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
