Requirements

  • Physical Therapist license
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to treat general outpatient orthopedics with a mix of ages and diagnoses.
  • Willingness to specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Treat patients, not just evaluate.
  • Provide hands-on care and individualized treatment.
  • Work alongside other therapists, PTAs, and techs.
  • Engage in continuing education and specialization.
  • Potentially mentor new graduates or students.
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the clinic director.
  • Engage in weekly meetings and case reviews with clinical leadership for the first year.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $82K to $100K, depending on experience.
