Requirements

  • Physical Therapist (PT) license.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to treat post-surgical knees, lymphedema, vestibular cases, pelvic floor, and other orthopedic conditions.
  • Willingness to provide hands-on care and individualized treatment.

  • Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.
  • Specialization in manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Treat patients with general outpatient orthopedics, including a mix of ages and diagnoses.
  • Provide hands-on care and individualized treatment in meaningful one-on-one sessions.
  • Complete documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
  • Work alongside other therapists, PTAs, and techs.
  • Potentially specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $82K to $100K, depending on experience.
  • Up to $12,500 in bonuses: $5,000 at signing, $3,750 at year two, $3,750 at year three.
  • Fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one, no productivity quota.
