Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Millsboro Delaware

Aquacare & Fitness Forum Physical TherapyMillsboro, DE
Onsite

About The Position

Aquacare and Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is a physical-therapist-owned private practice, independent for over 27 years, with 12 clinics across Maryland and Delaware. We are hiring an orthopedic physical therapist assistant (PTA) to join our exceptional team. We offer a unique environment where PTAs are treated as clinicians, not just extra hands, with direct access to supervising physical therapists and a say in patient care progression. We encourage specialization in areas such as aquatic therapy, lymphedema treatment, balance and vestibular work, neurologic rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation. New graduates receive structured support and mentorship during their first year, with opportunities for growth into Lead PTA roles, clinical instructor positions, and cross-clinic float roles. This is not a typical gym-style PT environment; we focus on meaningful one-on-one time with patients, providing hands-on care and individualized treatment for a wide variety of conditions.
