Requirements

  • Must be a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to complete documentation through Prompt EMR.
  • Must be able to work alongside a team of therapists, PTAs, and techs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in orthopedics, manual therapy, pain science, dry needling, pelvic floor, lymphedema, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.
  • Interest in specializing in orthopedics, pelvic floor, or aquatic therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Treat patients with general outpatient orthopedics, including a mix of ages and diagnoses.
  • Provide hands-on care and individualized treatment in one-on-one sessions.
  • Work alongside other therapists, PTAs, and techs.
  • Potentially work with specialty areas such as pelvic floor, women’s health, aquatics, sports, balance and vestibular, neurologic rehabilitation, dance rehabilitation, or lymphedema treatment.
  • Complete documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
  • Potentially conduct OP Home Visits (PT PLUS).
  • Mentor new graduates and clinicians.
  • Potentially become a certified clinical instructor.
  • Potentially become a clinic director or program lead.
