About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launches, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.

Requirements

Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened over 400 clinics nationwide.

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient therapy.
Experience in clinic leadership or management.
Interest in equity ownership and direct benefit from clinic success.

Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in leadership and team development.

Conduct community outreach and referral growth activities.
Build and retain a strong team culture.
