About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist in Pensacola, Florida. The role focuses on providing patient care that helps people return to athletics, work, daily life, and other activities. The position offers mentorship and orientation, continuing education and paid national certifications, opportunities to explore specialties, and an outpatient clinical advancement program with bonus incentives. Compensation is $75,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and a student loan repayment benefit program. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is located at 7581 West Hwy 98, Pensacola, FL 32506.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
