About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist at its Pensacola, Florida location. The role evaluates, treats, directs, and documents patient care, supporting patients as they return to athletics, work, daily life, and other activities. The position offers a salary of $75,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience, an incentive sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, and an indefinite student debt benefit program. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Select Physical Therapy offers mentorship and orientation, paid national certifications through its CEU program, PTO, medical/RX, health, vision and dental plans, a company-matching 401(k), life and disability protection, student loan repayment, opportunities to explore clinical specialties, and an outpatient clinical advancement program with bonus incentives.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
