About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician to work across its Johnstown and Pittsburgh clinics in Western Pennsylvania. The position is based in a pediatric outpatient clinical setting and involves working exclusively with infants. Clinicians use the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes, evaluating and treating plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears. They build relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company provides formal training, mentoring, and opportunities for employees from several professional backgrounds. A pediatric background is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Must have 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat infants with plagiocephaly and other head-shape conditions using the DOC Band®.
• Treat infants with misshapen ears using EarWell®.
