Orthotist - Western Pennsylvania
About The Position
Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician to serve its Western Pennsylvania region in a split role between the Johnstown and Pittsburgh clinics. The position offers work in a specialized pediatric outpatient setting focused on infants and their families, outside traditional orthotics. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly using the DOC Band® and correct infant ear shapes using EarWell®. They build relationships with families throughout treatment and serve as experts for pediatricians and parents. A formal training program with mentoring is provided; pediatric experience is preferred but not required. The role involves direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. The schedule follows a traditional workweek, with no nights and minimal to no weekend work. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Certified Orthotist.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat infants with plagiocephaly using the DOC Band®.
- Treat misshapen infant ears using EarWell®.
- Develop relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
- Provide clinical expertise to pediatricians and parents on evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears.
