About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician for its Western Pennsylvania region. The role is split between the Johnstown and Pittsburgh clinics and is based in a pediatric outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. The Clinician evaluates and treats plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, using the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes. Clinicians are considered experts by pediatricians and families and build relationships with families throughout treatment. The position offers direct patient care in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic, with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. The company provides training and mentorship, and offers potential growth opportunities in training, mentoring, and travel.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Prior pediatric experience.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
