About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician for Western Pennsylvania, with the role split between its Johnstown and Pittsburgh clinics. The position is based in a pediatric outpatient clinical setting and works exclusively with infants. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, using the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes. The role includes direct patient care and developing supportive relationships with families throughout treatment. A background in pediatrics is required.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Prior pediatric experience is required.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate infants for plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
• Treat head shapes using the DOC Band®.
• Treat ear shapes using EarWell®.
• Provide direct patient care and support families throughout the treatment process.
