About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician to serve its Western Pennsylvania region in a split role between the Johnstown and Pittsburgh clinics. The position is in a pediatric outpatient clinical setting and involves working exclusively with infants. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and misshapen ears using the DOC Band® cranial orthosis and EarWell® treatment. They work directly with families throughout treatment and are regarded by pediatricians and parents as experts in evaluation and care. The role offers direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. A formal training and mentoring program is provided. A pediatric background is preferred but not required. The position may offer future opportunities in training, mentoring, and travel, as well as internal growth and promotion.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
