About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician serving Western Pennsylvania in a split role between the Johnstown and Pittsburgh clinics. This is a pediatric clinical outpatient position focused exclusively on infants and their families, outside of traditional orthotics and prosthetics. The Clinician evaluates and treats plagiocephaly with the DOC Band® and corrects infant ear shapes with EarWell®. Clinicians are viewed by pediatricians and parents as experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, and build relationships with families throughout treatment. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; the company provides formal training and mentoring. The position has a traditional workweek schedule, with no nights and minimal to no weekend work. It involves direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. Cranial Technologies offers training, mentorship, and potential future opportunities in training, mentoring, and travel, as well as internal growth and promotional tracks. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship or transfer is unavailable.
