About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. You will have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience, while partnering with a company that has successfully opened over 400 clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and building a positive team culture. You will also work closely with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics themselves.
Requirements
- Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
- Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider.
- Proficiency in leadership and team development.
- Skills in recruiting and interviewing.
- Knowledge of clinic operations and financial management.
- Experience in community outreach and referral growth.
- Ability to build culture and retain teammates.
- Willingness to utilize AI documentation tools like ScribeIQ.
