About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Physical Therapist for an established hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries, disabilities, and functional limitations, developing individualized treatment plans and providing evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life. The role involves working collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and rehabilitation professionals in a hospital rehabilitation setting. The position is on-site, and travel is not required. Annual salary is $104,000–$124,000, with a sign-on bonus available; the amount and eligibility are to be confirmed.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist license authorizing practice in Arizona.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills.
Ability to establish positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
Provide direct physical therapy interventions to restore strength, mobility, and function.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs.
Document treatment sessions, patient progress, and clinical outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with rehabilitation teams and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care coordination.
Establish positive therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
Perform other assigned duties within the scope of physical therapy practice.
