About The Position

Stern at Home Therapy provides outpatient-quality physical therapy in patients’ homes. This role offers one-to-one patient care without double-booking, flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and administrative and clinical support. Optional shadowing is available before committing. The position covers Jersey City, New Jersey, with territories designed to minimize travel. Compensation is tiered at $55–$85 per visit, with paid cancellations at $25 for up to two cancellations per month. A full-time salary option is also available. PRN work is available with higher evaluation rates, a flexible schedule, and no evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• Active state physical therapist license.
• DPT or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
