About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in Atlantic City and Pleasantville, New Jersey, and surrounding communities. Clinicians treat patients in private residences and senior living settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, using FOX’s Geriatric House Calls™ model. The role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, independence, wellness, and quality of life through evaluations, individualized plans of care, and evidence-based treatment. Clinicians may also provide telehealth and other virtual care when appropriate.

The position offers autonomy to create and manage a treatment schedule and build lasting patient relationships, alongside collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. FOX offers full-time, part-time, and PRN/FOX Flex arrangements. Compensation varies by experience and employment type; the New Jersey standard base pay range for a full-time role is $70,000–$102,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more. Part-time and PRN compensation is prorated. H-1B sponsorship is available for qualified clinicians, and new graduates may be eligible for FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including lifting, performing CPR, assisting with patient transfers and bed mobility, repositioning patients, standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities.
• Ability to wear PPE when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.
• Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
