About The Position

Triumph ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. The BCBA will assess client needs and behaviors, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use diagnostic evaluation and data collection to track progress and adjust treatment strategies. The position involves daytime hours totaling 5–6 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and the ability to choose your hours. Compensation is $85–$100 per hour as a 1099 worker.

Requirements

• New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (NJ LBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials are required.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or special education needs.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis relevant to behavioral therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with families and professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based behavior practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress.
• Train and support staff on behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret client behavior data to inform treatment decisions.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed.
• Advocate for clients’ needs in educational and community settings.
