About The Position
Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility in Waterville, Maine, United States. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for residents
- Implement PT interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
- Reassess progress regularly and modify plans of care as needed
- Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes and support discharge planning
- Maintain professional standards, patient privacy, and safety during all therapy activities
