About The Position
Provide physical therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation facility. The assignment is 13 weeks, with a start date listed as ASAP. The schedule is either five 8-hour day shifts or four 10-hour day shifts, and two weekend shifts per month are required. The facility has 46 inpatient rehabilitation beds and is also a 10-bed LTACH/ICU. Epic is used for charting, and parking is free.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- BLS certification.
- Alaska PT license or compact PT license; pending license accepted.
- Two weekend shifts per month are required.
- Candidates’ permanent addresses must be at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
- Include all requested time off in the submission; time off is approved individually upon offer.
