About The Position

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation at Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee. The 53-bed hospital is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

The physical therapist conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, provides direct patient care, educates patients and caregivers about home exercise programs, documents treatment and outcomes, collaborates with rehabilitation teams, and participates in discharge planning. The position requires a current state physical therapy license and CPR certification. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program; previous rehabilitation-setting experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

Responsibilities
