About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist position at a skilled nursing retirement community in Laconia, New Hampshire. The therapist will join a collaborative rehabilitation team and help patients regain independence. The facility welcomes new graduates and experienced professionals and provides a supportive team environment, tools, and support for success. The position is a direct hire/permanent placement, scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay range is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current New Hampshire license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
