About The Position

Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a retirement community in Laconia, New Hampshire. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The facility offers a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department, supportive rehabilitation team, modern equipment, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome. Compensation is approximately $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current New Hampshire license or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress using EMR systems.
Communicate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.
Promote patient independence and mobility.
