About The Position

Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role at a skilled nursing facility in Rochester, New Hampshire. The facility provides rehabilitation services through a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department. The role offers a supportive team environment, modern equipment, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement position, scheduled Monday through Friday. The advertised pay range is approximately $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Hold a current New Hampshire license or be eligible to obtain one.
Demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Communicate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.
Promote patient independence and mobility.
