About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Hampton, New Hampshire. The facility provides rehabilitation services in a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department. The PTA will join a supportive rehab team with access to modern equipment, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement position with a Monday–Friday schedule and an advertised pay range of approximately $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current New Hampshire license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Communicate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
