About The Position

Relient Health is seeking a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Alameda, California. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement opportunity in a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department. The facility offers a supportive rehabilitation team, modern equipment, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome. The estimated compensation range is approximately $48–$55 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current California license or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Communicate and collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.
Promote patient independence and mobility.
