About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Carmichael, California. The position is a direct hire/permanent placement, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The facility is described as having a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department, a supportive rehabilitation team, modern equipment, mentorship, and a culture that values professional growth. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current California license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
