About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, permanent-placement role at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Los Angeles, California. The facility provides rehabilitation services through a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department. The estimated pay range is $40–$44 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current California license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Communicate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
