About The Position

Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work full-time at a skilled nursing facility in Lexington, North Carolina. The facility provides rehabilitation services through a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department, with modern equipment, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement role on a supportive rehabilitation team. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The stated compensation range is approximately $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, continuing education support, and licensure assistance. Some positions may offer a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current North Carolina license or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Communicate and collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.
Promote patient independence and mobility.
