About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a retirement community in Elko, Nevada. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The facility is described as providing high-quality rehabilitation services within a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department. The PTA will join a supportive rehabilitation team with access to modern equipment and mentorship, in an environment that values professional growth. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Nevada license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Communicate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
