Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) – Laconia, NH
About The Position
A full-time Occupational Therapist position at a skilled nursing facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. New graduates and experienced occupational therapists are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement opportunity, with an estimated rate of $35–$45 per hour depending on experience, setting, location, and status. The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops and delivers individualized treatment plans, tracks and documents progress, and works with patients, families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team. The role also includes supervising and guiding COTAs. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current New Hampshire occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ function and independence.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
