About The Position

RUSH Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist in South Bend, Indiana. Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current students must have an outpatient clinical rotation.
• Practicing clinicians must have outpatient experience within the last five years.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
