About The Position
RUSH Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist in Portage, Indiana. The role focuses on providing patient care and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with two evenings until 6 p.m. Starting annual base compensation is $78,000, with higher compensation commensurate with experience. Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current students must have an outpatient clinical rotation.
- Practicing clinicians must have outpatient experience within the last five years.
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
