About The Position

RUSH Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist at its Crown Point, Indiana location. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience and helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 32–40 hours per week. Starting annual base compensation is $76,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience; sign-on bonuses and a student debt relief program may also be available. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current outpatient clinical rotation if currently a student.
Outpatient experience within the last five years if a practicing clinician.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
