About The Position

RUSH Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist at its Crown Point, Indiana location. The role focuses on providing patient-centered care to help patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and other activities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 32–40 hours per week. Compensation starts at $76,000–$95,000 annual base, commensurate with experience; potential sign-on bonuses and a student debt relief program are also mentioned.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current students must have completed an outpatient clinical rotation.
• Practicing clinicians must have outpatient experience within the last five years.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
