About The Position

The Physical Therapist will manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account each person's special physical or age-related needs. The role includes patient and client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations, to help patients achieve the greatest possible independence in accordance with their functional level and potential.

The position is with a non-profit, 168-bed acute care hospital in Medford, Oregon, serving southern Oregon and northern California. The hospital offers comprehensive services, including a Level III trauma center, cardiac care, cancer care, and robotic surgery. The role offers competitive compensation, with a salary up to $157,000 based on experience, and benefits intended to support employees and their families. A sign-on bonus and options for a program with 100% tuition paid are available.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Oregon physical therapist licensure.
• Skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment.
• Skills in professional consultations.
