About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Float Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic clinics in Dickson, Fairview, and surrounding areas. Float therapists cover multiple clinic locations, treating a wide variety of patients while collaborating with diverse clinical teams. The role is open to new graduates and experienced clinicians seeking variety, flexibility, mentorship, and professional growth. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules. Compensation is listed at $80,000–$95,000+ per year for full-time positions, negotiable based on experience. Full-time hires may be eligible for sign-on bonuses of up to $15,000. Clinicians receive structured onboarding and training, a gradual 12-week ramp-up for new graduates, and a 12-month one-on-one clinical mentorship program. Requirements

Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
