About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Float Physical Therapist Assistants for an outpatient orthopedic setting in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This float role provides coverage across two to three clinic locations. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available. The PTA delivers hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients recover movement and improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans. The role includes tracking patient progress, collaborating with the clinical team, and building positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome. Upstream offers onboarding, mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities. Results is part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of brands, a national network with more than 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners. Central support teams handle administrative work so clinicians can focus on patient care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, or be an upcoming graduate.
- Active or pending Kentucky PTA license, or eligibility for licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide float coverage across two to three clinic locations in Bowling Green.
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
- Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
