About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Float Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedic clinics across the Nashville area. The float role provides treatment coverage across multiple clinic locations and offers experience working with varied patients and clinical teams. The position is open to recent graduates and experienced clinicians and provides mentorship, onboarding, training, professional development, and career advancement opportunities. PTAs provide hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients recover movement and return to activities they value. In 2026, clinicians are supported by a generative AI documentation scribe that generates compliant clinical documentation in real time. Available schedules include full-time (30–40 hours), part-time (1–29 hours), and PRN (1–19 hours, as needed). Pay is listed at $28.00–$35.00+ per hour, negotiable based on experience. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, or be an upcoming graduate.
Active or pending Tennessee PTA license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

Provide float treatment coverage across multiple clinic locations in the Nashville area.
